OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Reputation Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for building and managing and maintaining our reputation on prominent review sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience in handling review platforms and a creative approach to crafting community-focused content that strengthens brand sentiment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in brand reputation management.
- Experience managing review platforms like G2, Trustpilot, BBB, and Google Reviews is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to navigate complex customer interactions with professionalism.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with tools for monitoring reputation metrics.
- Passion for brand engagement and a passion for fostering positive customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor review site metrics, analyze feedback trends, and implement strategies to improve overall brand perception and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct ongoing social listening to monitor brand mentions, customer sentiment, and emerging trends across review platforms; proactively address issues and amplify positive experiences to enhance the brand’s online reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align messaging and enhance customer experience.
- Create and execute campaigns to increase brand presence and positive reviews on review aggregation websites including G2, Trustpilot, BBB, Google Reviews, and others.
- Regularly respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner and work with cross-functional teams for rectification.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest reputation management trends, tools, and best practices.

- The base pay for this position is targeted at $60,000 - $70,000 per year
