OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Paid Social Strategist to join our Channel Solutions department.
As a Paid Social Strategist, you will support our customer success team, develop playbooks for Media Strategy best practices, and drive the implementation of new processes for internal and external workflows.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience and successful results in paid media channel management (paid search, paid social, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience managing TikTok Ads and managed at least 20 different clients
- Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups) or Google Sheets
- Experience interfacing with clients regarding paid social strategy and performance is a plus
- Track record of using data to craft narratives and drive decision making
- Experience creating reports, presentations, and other customer-facing deliverables

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Paid Social Strategist on our Channel Solution team, you will:
- Act as paid social lead working across Meta and mainly TikTok ads on a defined book of business, regularly managing and monitoring accounts, working closely with Customer Strategy Manager (CSM) to drive success
- Develop and manage campaigns (campaign structure, audience research, ad copy development, etc.) from information gathered from initial strategy call with customers all the way through launch execution & ongoing management
- Perform account analyses as needed to find new areas of opportunity to improve performance, suggest new account strategies, or communicate value to our customers
- Execute campaign adjustments per client requests, communicating necessary caveats and potential expectations of changes
- Understand client business and goals to formulate strategy for assigned accounts, employing Quartile technology to help manage performance to goals
- Lead initiatives on TikTok, focusing on feeding the growth and sales teams to get new clients interested in advertising on this channel
- Collaborate in the development and enhancement of our TikTok product technology and algorithms, with a focus on optimizing customer and internal user experience. The goal is to position our platform as the most innovative and advanced TikTok solution in the market
- Continually stay up-to-date on industry trends and look for ways to apply new ideas
- Support the training and mentoring of team members across the organization on Tiktok
- Serve as the go-to expert for all TikTok related topics, helping build a company-wide understanding of the platform that aligns with varying levels of expertise, based on individual roles
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TikTok within the team, guiding complex questions and discussions with clients whenever the opportunity arises
- Attend regular trainings on Quartile’s product, interacting with key product leaders to ensure an understanding of how to work both within, and alongside Quartile’s technology
