About Sciene:

Sciene is a leading AI company dedicated to developing tailored AI solutions for businesses. We are expanding our team and are excited to announce an opening for an AI Product Owner to join our dynamic tech team.

Position Overview:

As the AI Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our product to fit our customers expectations and align our tech teams towards it, which include Infrastructure, Interface (Backend and Frontend), AI Engineering (Machine Learning), and Data Engineering.
You will facilitate communication across Sciene teams and stakeholders, helping prioritize and mantain the roadmap, refine tasks and create detailed Jira descriptions and documentations, define product scope, and support the creation of KPIs to measure team performance.

Key Responsibilities

·       Squad Liaison:

o   Serve as the primary point of contact between the Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Interface squads.

o   Foster collaboration and communication across teams.

·       SQL Query Development:

o   Assist in crafting SQL queries and reports to provide insights for executives and stakeholders.

o   Ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.

·       Documentation:

o   Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, requirements, user stories, and workflows.

·       Management Systems:

o   Collaborate with team leads to establish management systems and dashboards with KPIs to track project progress and success.

·       Stakeholder Communication:

o   Act as a bridge between technical team members and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, priorities, and objectives.

·       Requirements Gathering:

o   Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, aligning them with organizational goals.

·       Backlog Management:

o   Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on delivering the most valuable work for the data team.

·       Product Roadmap:

o   Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap outlining short-term and long-term goals.

·       Risk Management:

o   Identify potential risks and issues, working with teams to mitigate them effectively.

·       Continuous Improvement:

o   Promote a culture of continuous improvement, advocating for best practices, innovation, and efficiency.

Qualifications

·        Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role.

·        Strong organizational and problem solving skills.

·        Proficiency in English.

·        Business acumen and marketing knowledge.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong understanding of SQL and data querying techniques.

·        Experience with documentation and project management tools.

·        Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

·       Familiarity with data visualization.

·       Experience working with tech teams.

·       Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, and data engineering.

·       Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner).
