Redeux Energy is seeking a Land  Compliance Analyst to be responsible for providing administrative and technical land support. This person will work directly with the land and project development teamto ensure optimal performance and solutions with processing of land management tasks.  Other responsibilities include supporting targeted landowner engagement leading to site control and local community engagement, permitting, and project site use approvals.  

Position Responsibilities: 

This role will report to the Senior Manager of Land Complianceand is based at Redeux Energy’s headquarters in Denver, CO and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.  

  • Read and interpret land contracts and other land-related documents for quality assurance and control, legal descriptions, mineral and surface conveyances, payment structures, courthouse filing compliance, etc.   

  • Coordinate and prepare campaign mailouts, land agreement documents, landowner/key stakeholder outreach, title research, etc.; and confirm all necessary approvals are received prior to execution by landowners and the company authorized signer. 

  • Facilitate timely processing and tracking of lease intakes, lease payments, forecasted lease closings and courthouse filingsoption notices, amendments, terminations, easements, estoppels, and affidavits. 

  • Assist in data entry and maintain data integrity in land management software to ensure compliance. 

  • Other duties as assigned.   

 

Qualifications: 

  • At least 2 years of experience with reviewing and interpreting legal documentation and record maintenance in the energy sector of land leasing, acquisition and real estate. 

  • Demonstrated experience with surface and mineral title research. 

  • Demonstrated skills in research, data analysis, and report preparation. 

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and multi-task a variety of deadline-driven projects. 

  • Strong communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. 

  • Computer proficient with strong technical skills with MS Excel, Word, OneDrive, and Outlook 

  • This role requires of a minimum of three days per week in the office (Downtown Denver, CO) 

  • Associate degree or higher (Energy, Business, Administration, or a related field preferred) or experience equivalent. 

  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
