About the Role

The window cleaner is responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior windows on various commercial and residential buildings. This position requires working safely at heights, operating specialized equipment, and adhering to strict safety regulations.

What You Will Do:

• Provide ground-floor window cleaning services
• Do everything with safety in mind first, and expect the same from fellow crew members. Attend all safety meetings.
• Inspect all work, ensuring work is fulfilled to the customer's satisfaction and Standards.
• Respectfully and communicate with the customer, sales staff, maintenance shop, office staff, and fellow crew members.

What You Will Need:

• 21 years or older
• Current & valid driver’s license is required.
• Confident working at heights.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solver: able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with unexpected occurrences and delays.
• Well-spoken, excellent attendance, and reliable.
• Able to lift 80 lbs.

Compensation for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 hourly, depending on experience.
