About the Role

We are searching for a Landscape Crew Leader who will be pivotal in managing and supervising our field staff for projects with the City of Phoenix. The Crew Leader will meticulously plan and organize projects, ensuring their successful completion. They will also be instrumental in maintaining team morale and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires excellent time management, people management, and customer relationship-building skills. Above all, the Crew Leader must embody our values of integrity, dependability, and courtesy. Our projects are only considered complete when our customers are delighted with our work.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet client and company standards.
• Work with clients to understand the best way for us to serve them.
• Conduct accurate reporting and properly submit landscape reports for each property served.
• Capture before and after pictures of each property served.
• Additional Duties as assigned.
• Performing snow removal duties on routes designated by the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• Must have a valid Driver License. 
• At least five years of experience in a lead role within landscaping or a similar industry
• Must have experience working with municipal contracts or relevant and related work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current and Valid driver’s license with clean MVR. 
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable, ready to work.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, such as heat and rain.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Compensation for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 hourly, depending on experience.
