What You’ll Do:

• Mow, edge, trim, weed, and plant like a pro
• Maintain trees, shrubs, and flower beds
• Help install and repair irrigation systems
• Operate mowers, blowers, trimmers & other fun gear
• Keep job sites clean, tidy, and safe
• Drive crew trucks (valid license + clean MVR required)
• Be a team player and bring that positive energy every day

What You Bring:

• 18+ years old and ready to roll
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record plus 3 years of driving experience
• Can lift, bend, and hustle in all weather
• Landscaping experience? Awesome—but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• A solid work ethic and a “let’s do this” attitude

About the Role – Field Supervisor

Are you a natural leader who thrives in the great outdoors? Tendit is looking for a Field Supervisor who can rally the crew, solve problems on the fly, and ensure top-notch service on every job site. You’ll be the go-to on the ground, overseeing daily operations and making sure safety, quality, and efficiency are always in check.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead field teams and ensure smooth, safe daily operations
• Train, coach, and inspire crews to hit goals and grow their skills
• Conduct site inspections and uphold the highest safety and quality standards
• Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and report updates to leadership
• Manage scheduling, materials, and equipment use like a pro
• Be the bridge between field crews, clients, and management
• Keep records of performance, incidents, and completed work
• Plan logistics and support workforce planning efforts
• Promote a culture of safety—every day, every job

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–3 years of field leadership or supervisor experience (landscape/construction a plus!)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a bonus)
• Strong people skills and a passion for leading teams
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making chops
• Solid knowledge of job site safety, compliance, and industry best practices
• Comfort with mobile tools and digital reporting
• A valid driver’s license with 3 years of experience is required
