What You’ll Do:

• Scale trees like a pro using ropes, harnesses, and advanced rigging equipment
• Prune, trim, and remove trees safely and efficiently
• Diagnose tree health issues and recommend proper care
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and aerial lifts like a boss
• Follow industry safety standards (ANSI A300 & Z133)
• Work alongside a supportive ground crew to get the job done right
• Be on call for storm cleanups and emergency response
• Keep your gear in peak condition
• Deliver amazing service and communication to teammates and clients alike

What You Bring:

• Experience as a tree climber, arborist, or similar role
• Strong skills in climbing, rigging, and pruning
• A solid understanding of tree biology and common diseases
• Comfortable working at heights and in the elements
• Team-player attitude with great communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience is required.
