About the Role
The CDL Sweeper Driver will be responsible for safely operating a sweeper (Tymco DST6-Automatic transmission), performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and reporting on these inspections. This position requires an active unrestricted class B CDL license.
What You Will Do:
- Drive and operate trucks safely and responsibly by following all regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform pre- and post-trip safety checks of equipment and trailers, including brakes, steering column, lights, and mirrors, to ensure vehicles are in proper working order and accurately complete supporting documentation.
- Follow and maintain proper loading procedures to secure cargo and re-check the cargo in transit when necessary.
- Visit weigh stations for weight verification as needed.
- Inspect trailers and equipment before and after loading and accurately complete all necessary documentation and reporting.
- Proper documentation and tracking of the activity log.
- Always follow traffic safety regulations, cautioning in unstable weather and road conditions.
- Use GPS to stay informed of route information and proper communication with office and job site management.
- Performing snow removal duties on routes designated by the supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- No sweeper experience is needed! Will take new drivers out of school and provide training.
- Must have a Class B CDL license.
- Must have a clean MVR
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen.
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods.
- Requires driving between company or customer locations.
- Travel within the Denver Metro Area.

Compensation for this position is $23.00 -$28.00 hourly, depending on experience.
