About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in keeping things running. From troubleshooting mechanical issues to preventative maintenance, you’ll be at the front lines of facility excellence—solving problems before they escalate and creating safe, functional spaces for everyone on-site.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine inspections of buildings, machinery, and systems to identify issues before they become problems
• Execute preventive maintenance (lubrication, part replacement, cleaning) to reduce equipment downtime
• Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize tasks that impact operations
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, inventory used, and scheduled tasks
• Coordinate with departments to minimize downtime and optimize repair schedules
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Support installation of new systems and equipment as needed
• Stay current on maintenance trends and emerging technologies

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• 2–3 years of experience in facility or equipment maintenance, ideally in commercial or industrial settings
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting/patchwork, and general building maintenance
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts when needed
• Trade certifications or vocational training a plus

Pay Range: $24.00–$32.00/hour, depending on experience
