Tendit Group is calling all go-getters, clean freaks, and behind-the-wheel pros! We’re on the lookout for a hardworking, detail-driven Air Sweeper Operator to keep our cities looking sharp and our properties spotless. If you’re ready to take pride in making roads, lots, and job sites shine—this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate air sweeper trucks to clear streets, parking lots, medians, and storm drains
• Tackle dirt, silt, debris, and even emergency clean-ups
• Adjust brooms and brushes, perform safety checks, and report any equipment issues
• Respond to weather conditions and special runs (yes, you’ll be the hero during messy days!)
• Pitch in for snow removal duties when winter rolls in
• Work safely and independently—and always be ready to jump in when needed

What You Bring to the Crew:

• Valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience (CDL = bonus points!)
• 1+ year of sweeper or heavy equipment operation preferred
• Solid attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible schedules (weather can change the game!)
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in outdoor conditions
• English/Spanish bilingual? Even better!

Pay Range: $19.00–$23.00/hour, depending on experience
