About the Role
The CDL-A End Dump Driver will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight. They will also be accountable for pre-and post-trip inspections and all related reporting. This position requires an active unrestricted class A CDL license with experience operating an end dump trailer.
What You Will Do:
- Drive and operate trucks safely and responsibly by adhering to all regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform pre- and post-trip safety checks of equipment and trailers, including brakes, steering columns, lights, and mirrors, to ensure vehicles are in proper working order and accurately complete supporting documentation.
- Follow and maintain proper loading procedures to secure cargo and re-check the cargo in transit when necessary.
- Visit weigh stations for weight verification as needed.
- Inspect trailers and equipment before and after loading and accurately complete all necessary documentation and reporting.
- Proper documentation and tracking of the activity log.
- Always follow traffic safety regulations, cautioning in unstable weather and road conditions.
- Use GPS to stay informed of route information and proper communication with office and job site management.
- Performing snow removal duties on routes designated by the supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Must have a Class A CDL license with at least two years of end-dump operating experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- The ability to operate a manual transmission is required.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An eagerness to come in every day and help the team improve on what we did the previous day.
- Ability to use GPS technology or read maps.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally (Team lift or utilizing equipment).
- Requires driving between company or customer locations.
- Travel within the Denver Metro Area.

Compensation for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 hourly, depending on experience.
