About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Utility team member to join our Operations department. In this full-time hourly position, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to a well-functioning kitchen team.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including equipment and surfaces.
• Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, dishware, and kitchen tools.
• Assist with garbage and recycling disposal to ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
• Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic prep work when required.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth kitchen workflow.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a kitchen or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist where needed.
• Basic understanding of health and sanitation regulations is an asset.
• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with the team and follow instructions.
