Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, surfaces, and trash areas
• Assist with basic food prep and kitchen organization as needed
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and chemicals are used safely and properly
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during service hours
• Uphold sanitation and food safety standards per state and local regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Help with setup and breakdown of meal service areas
• Occasionally assist with special events or deep cleaning projects

Required Skills and Abilities: 

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

Preferred Education and Experience: 

• Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures
