About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our Operations team at our restaurant. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with a team of culinary professionals to prepare high-quality dishes that deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure all dishes are presented with consistent quality, taste, and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including prep stations and cooking equipment.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and properly handling deliveries to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a food-safe environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions in English.
- Certification from a culinary school or similar training is a plus.
