About the role

Join our team as a Store Manager! In this role, you will lead day-to-day retail operations, foster an exceptional customer experience, and build a high-performing store team. You will report directly to executive leadership and serve as the operational backbone of our retail location in Westminster, CO.

What you'll do

• Store Operations: Oversee daily store workflow, scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure high operational standards.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales associates and shift supervisors to deliver excellent service and hit store targets.
• Customer Experience: Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming environment, resolving customer feedback, and setting performance benchmarks.
• Financial & Inventory Control: Monitor sales metrics, manage payroll hours, and oversee inventory audits to minimize shrinkage and maximize store profitability.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor standards, and health/safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management or assistant manager experience in a retail environment.
• Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and inventory management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
