Patient Coordinator for a unique medical organization

Healthcare sucks. But it doesn’t have to.

The Doctor was founded on the belief that care should feel human again — not corporate, confusing, or cold. We’re a California-based healthcare brand that’s reimagining how patients experience medicine. We bring together primary care, mental health, aesthetics and wellness under one roof, powered by technology and genuine connection.

We don’t just treat symptoms. We build relationships. Every patient interaction — from a text message to a clinic visit — is designed to feel easy, modern, and kind.

Our team spans multiple countries, united by the same mission: to help people dance longer — to live healthier, more vibrant lives through better care. We experiment, innovate, and never stop asking how healthcare can do better.

Working at The Doctor means joining a culture that values curiosity, humor, and heart. You’ll collaborate with sharp minds and good humans who actually care about what they do — and who know that changing healthcare starts with how we show up every day.
