About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our payments, appointments, and visibility products. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the ideation, user engagement, and product strategy. You'll play a key role in defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and developing go-to-market and launch plans. Additionally, you will establish success metrics and oversee the monitoring and reporting of those metrics during weekly and monthly business reviews. Your strategic insights will shape the future of our products and ensure alignment with the company's growth objectives. 


This position requires applicants to be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship for a visa.


What you'll do

  • Ideation and Product Strategy: Lead the ideation process by identifying new opportunities, validating concepts with user engagement, and developing innovative solutions that meet market needs. 
  • User Engagement: Develop deep user empathy by actively engaging with customers, conducting interviews, and utilizing user research to guide product decisions. 
  • Roadmapping and Prioritization: Own the product roadmap. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. 
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and sales, to gather and document product requirements that define the desired outcomes clearly. 
  • Go-To-Market and Launch Plans: Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, launch plans, and post-launch analysis, ensuring successful product introductions. 
  • Define and Monitor Success Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate the performance of your products. Continuously monitor these metrics and present them during weekly and monthly business reviews. 
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of products. 
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the logistics, payments, and appointment spaces to inform product strategy and ensure the product's competitiveness. 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in logistics, or related industries. 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 
  • Skills: Strong ability to develop product roadmaps, define success metrics, and drive cross-functional execution. Proven track record in launching successful products. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Experience with data-driven decision-making and comfort with metrics and analytics tools. 
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills. 
  • Customer-Centric: Strong user engagement skills with the ability to convert customer insights into actionable product decisions. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics industries is highly desirable. 
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with modern product management tools and methodologies (Agile, Lean, Jira, Linear, Confluence). 
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Experience crafting and executing go-to-market plans in a fast-paced environment.
