About the role

CargoSprint company, is looking for an entry-level full-stack engineer to join our Customer Support

Engineering (CSE) team. This role reports to the Manager of the CSE team and is a hybrid position, working from our

Guadalajara office three days per week and remotely two days per week. In addition to providing delivery engineering

services to the Delivery Management team, governed by the project management plan and process, the CSE team

supports the sales and production support processes. The company will provide training and mentorship to support

continued learning and career development.


What you'll do

  • Configure, deploy, and test implementations for new and existing customers
  • Adopt test-driven development and Agile practices
  • Revise, update, refactor and debug code
  • Provide technical solutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Work closely with Product Engineering teams to ensure engineering best practices and customer satisfaction
  • Respond to and independently resolve incident events
  • Develop and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, SQL Server, or equivalent work/education combination
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Azure DevOps, and JIRA
  • Proficient in all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, design, functionality, testing, and support
  • Experience with enterprise-level databases and applications
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eager to take initiative, learn, and inquire
