About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Revenue and Sales Operations Manager to own and optimize our sales and revenue operations tools and processes. This role sits within the Finance Org (FP&A) and acts as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will be responsible for managing and improving our go-to-market (GTM) systems — including Salesforce, HubSpot, and reporting tools — ensuring clean data, efficient workflows, and actionable insights that drive revenue growth. The individual will supports tool optimization, data integrity, and performance reporting across the GTM stack. 


What you'll do

  • Own and manage Sales Ops processes: pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, quota setting. 
  • Lead Salesforce administration, reporting, optimization, and integrations with HubSpot and Dynamics ERP. 
  • Build and automate dashboards and reports for Sales and GTM leadership (pipeline, KPIs, forecasting). 
  • Drive revenue reporting in partnership with FP&A, ensuring accurate and timely insights. 
  • Ensure data integrity and efficient system workflows across all GTM tools. 
  • Manage evaluation and optimization of tools supporting GTM scale and efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing (non-demand gen), and CS leaders to identify operational gaps and drive solutions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or GTM Operations, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or logistics. 
  • Deep experience with Salesforce (admin-level), including reporting, workflows, and integrations. 
  • Experience with HubSpot (ideal) and ERP systems like Dynamics. 
  • Strong data skills — SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). 
  • Proven experience managing GTM tools and processes in high-growth environments. 
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, reporting into Finance, and supporting executive GTM reviews. 

Preferred: 

  • Background in PE-backed or fast-scaling companies. 
  • Ability to work in a high accountability, low ego environment. 
  • Experience bridging technical tools with strategic GTM execution.
