About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as West-Coast Regional Account Executive, focusing on Ocean & Intermodal services. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding relationships with marine terminals, ocean carriers, and intermodal partners along the U.S. West Coast. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the maritime industry, a proven track record in customer success, and the ability to represent our company with integrity and enthusiasm.


What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth. 
  • Identify and engage potential new clients within the marine terminal, port authority, railroad, and ocean liner sectors, leveraging industry knowledge and networks. 
  • Collaborate with customer success, product, technology, and operations internal teams to ensure we exceed satisfaction and innovation benchmarks. 
  • Act as a company ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our commitment to excellence and innovation.  

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years in customer facing roles within the marine terminal, ocean carrier, or intermodal logistics sectors. 
  • Strong understanding and curiosity of technology, and ocean and intermodal logistics.  
  • Proven ability to create and foster customer and partner relationships. 
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. 
  • Excellent writing skills.
