Job Summary:
Caring Hands Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide community integration and support
• Follow Individual Service Plans (ISP)
• Document services and progress notes accurately and timely
• Ensure client safety and well-being
• Report incidents and changes in condition
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in DDA or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass background check
