Our highly structured environment focuses on resolving addiction issues, building the foundation for a sustainable recovery, and developing a healthy, productive, and meaningful lifestyle.
Conexiones is staffed by highly skilled professionals who work with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan and determine appropriate aftercare. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse at our Tewksbury Conexiones through Casa Esperanza's Integrated Care Model, implementing doctor's orders, monitoring specified medication/refills, monitoring and recording vital signs as needed, and maintaining medical/nursing records.
