Casa Esperanza, Inc. is a bilingual/bicultural behavioral health treatment provider serving Boston and the Merrimack Valley. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to recover from addiction, trauma, mental illness, and other chronic medical conditions; overcome homelessness and discrimination; and achieve health and wellness through comprehensive, integrated care. Casa Esperanza has an operating budget of $15 million and more than $12.5 million in assets.
About the role
This role will be focus on two programs: Latinas y Niños program and Familias Unidas Outpatient Program aimed to serve our clients in recovery. Latinas y Niños from 6 to 12-month addiction treatment program. Latinas y Niños focuses on the unique cultural and social needs of Latina women in recovery and their children. Children under the age of 10 may live with a parent or guardian who is in recovery at Latinas y Niños. Our goal is to offer families a safe, supportive environment to heal from trauma and develop their own unique pathway to recovery. Familias Unidas Outpatient Program provide outpatient counseling services and psychiatric services to adult and youth clients with behavioral health issues. This position will be supervised externally by our Nurse Practitioner with whom there is a Collaborative Practice Agreement established upon hire. Services will be office-based. The Registered Nurse will work in collaboration with a Nurse Practitioner to coordinate client care, assist with insurance pre-authorization, and caseload management.
As part of the Casa Esperanza, Inc. team you will provide services in a fully integrated, holistic, and collaborative manner using a team-treatment approach, to ensure the coordination of all client services, both across Casa programs as well as with external providers. This integrated model aims to facilitate clear communication amongst all providers and eliminate duplication of efforts or conflicting approaches to care; detail necessarily follow up and assignments; and ensure-wrap around support services are in place to maximize treatment effectiveness and clinical outcomes.
Sign-on bonus: $7,000 (Paid 50% at hire and 50% at 6 months from start.)

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Full Time 40 Hours (Flexible Hours)
50% Shift (LYNC Program) - 2 Days
50% Shift (FUOP Program) - 3 Days

Compensation: Range from $50 - $54 per Hour
