As we scale into new markets and deepen our client relationships, we’re looking for a part-time Sales Assistant to help power our growth engine. This role is ideal for someone eager to build early-career experience in sales operations and business development while contributing directly to the company’s expansion.

This position reports to our Head of Growth and supports both the Head of Growth and Business Development Manager. You’ll work 10–15 hours per week, with the flexibility to be hybrid in Denver.

What you'll achieve

You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our sales and business development team through high-leverage operational support and thoughtful coordination. Your work will directly contribute to our ability to hit new client acquisition and expansion goals. Key outcomes include:

  • Keeping our CRM platform (HubSpot) clean, organized, and up-to-date with accurate lead, prospect, and meeting data.
  • Assisting with the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and outbound communication templates.
  • Supporting lead generation through market research and light outreach coordination.
  • Helping coordinate calls between prospects and our team, with thoughtful follow-ups and reminders.
  • Improving workflow efficiency by maintaining internal sales trackers and documentation.
  • Ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospects during early-stage interactions.

Who you are

You’re detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to learn about the mechanics of sales and business development in a fast-growing, client-first company. Specifically:

  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience or have completed a relevant internship.
  • You may be a recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree, with an interest in sales, marketing, operations, or business.
  • You’re proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Outlook).
  • You’ve had exposure to CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot — either through a prior internship, coursework, or hands-on experience.
  • You’re comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional in-person check-ins in Denver.
  • You’re highly organized and enjoy keeping systems tidy and accurate.
  • You’re quick to respond and act, and understand how critical it is to the success of our growth.
  • You’re a clear communicator — whether via email, calendar invites, or short internal updates.
  • You care about supporting the small businesses and entrepreneurs that drive our economy!
  • Bonus points if you have a functional knowledge of accounting processes and services!

Additional details

  • This is a temporary part-time non-exempt position, with an expected 10-15 hours per week, based in Denver, CO
  • Work Schedule: 
    • Option 1: M-F, 2-3 hrs per day
    • Option 2: M,W,F, 3-5 hrs per day
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
