Job Description

We are hiring experienced and motivated Roofing Advisors for a full-time, independent contractor (1099) position. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident in face-to-face communication, skilled in consultative sales, and eager to control their income potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with homeowners
  • Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and financing options
  • Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
  • Generate and present estimates using company tools
  • Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline
  • Coordinate project handoffs with internal operations and production teams

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in sales (roofing, solar, or home improvement a plus)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to homeowner appointments
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital estimating and CRM tools
  • Independent, self-driven, and organized
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required

Schedule

  • Full-time (Monday–Friday)
  • Occasional Saturdays (flexible)
  • You control your hours — appointments scheduled based on availability

Note: This is a 1099 contractor position. Must be Florida-based and able to travel locally for appointments.

The pay range for this role is:

65,000 - 115,000 USD per week (NAPLES)
