Solutions Consultant

Location: Northeast US (Remote with Travel)

Job Type: Full-Time

Travel Requirement: Up to 75% Monthly

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technical expert with a strong background in VoIP, PBX systems, cloud communication platforms, networking, and hardware installation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding customers, conducting product demonstrations, leading solution implementations, and training end users while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in VoIP, PBX, cloud communications, and networking solutions.
  • Engage clients to assess business needs, recommend solutions, and deliver technical demonstrations.
  • Assist with hardware installations, network configurations, and system integrations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Visio and Excel to design, document, and analyze solutions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to optimize customer solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and customer presentations.
  • Train customer end users on the use of telephony platforms, ensuring they are proficient in system functionality and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to customer dress codes and professional standards during client interactions.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and support teams to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in VoIP, PBX, cloud communication platforms, networking, and hardware installation.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, system integrations, and network configurations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% monthly.
  • Strong soft skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Comfortable presenting in front of customers and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to train end users on telephony platforms and provide user-friendly guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cisco Networking/VoIP certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or similar).
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and firewall configurations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT security best practices and compliance standards.

The pay range for this role is:

74,000 - 93,000 USD per year (Remote)
