Summary:

The Salesforce Senior Administrator is crucial in our company's continued optimization and enhancement of our Salesforce environment, especially concerning the management and integration of multiple AppExchange applications. Leveraging deep expertise with the Salesforce platform, the individual will be instrumental in ensuring that the ecosystem aligns seamlessly with business processes and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Management & Configuration:
    • Collaborate closely with BA’s, Architects and 3rd party developers within the Salesforce Platform.
    • Handle all advanced administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, data, workflows, and other routine tasks.
    • Maintain, configure, and optimize Salesforce applications, with a particular focus on integration and effective use of AppExchange applications.
  1. AppExchange Management:
    • Oversee the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of AppExchange applications.
    • Collaborate with application vendors for troubleshooting, support, and ensuring alignment with business processes.
    • Ensure effective integration of AppExchange apps within the Salesforce environment.
  1. Process Automation & Integration:
    • Design, create, and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, sharing rules, and reports.
    • Develop and uphold automation processes, validation rules, and custom workflows in Salesforce.
  1. Data Management:
    • Guarantee data integrity by merging duplicate leads, contacts, and accounts; establish tools and best practices to monitor and avert duplicates.
    • Administer Salesforce data feeds and other platform integrations.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and refine requirements, ensuring translation into effective Salesforce solutions.
    • Serve as the key liaison between users, application vendors, and the development teams to ensure comprehensive integration of Salesforce with other systems.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, particularly with AppExchange application integration and management.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Working knowledge of our release management tool, Copado is an advantage.
  • Proficient in creating profiles, optimizing processes, and managing administrative tasks.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with data import/export tools and data management practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • For remote work scenarios, a reliable and fast internet connection is essential.
