Job Title: Manager of Service Delivery

Job Description:
Purpose:  The Manager of Service Delivery is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT services to CBTS clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in service processes.

Essential Functions: 

·      Oversee the team of Service Delivery resources who’s responsibilities include but are not limited to ordering, tracking, provisioning, delivering, and testing of  IT services to clients, ensuring customer expectations are met, and verifying CBTS business objectives are fulfilled.

·      Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and implementation issues.

·      Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, support, account management) to resolve service delivery challenges.

·      Monitor implementation process performance and implement improvements as needed.

·      Prepare and present regular service delivery reports to clients and senior management.

·      Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
