Job Purpose:


Coordinate with customer implementations from contract through project delivery with medium to difficult complexity and scope.  Utilize Project Management tools (schedules, risk analysis.), maintain customer and project team collaboration, manage customer expectations and status meetings for the entire program.  Contribute to team initiatives to increase productivity.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff, fostering their professional growth and development.

Education:


Four years of College resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent

 

Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses:

  • PMP

 

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • PMP certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Extensive experience in managing infrastructure, cloud, and voice projects is essential.
  • Strong understanding of PM methodologies and their application in project management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Solid understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 115,000 USD per year (Remote, US)
