Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Shared Services Team. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy across internal and customer systems, with a focus on timecard and invoice reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform timecard reconciliation between internal systems and customer platforms to identify and report discrepancies.

Verify weekly and monthly invoices against customer approvals to ensure billing accuracy.

Generate and issue verification letters as required by internal or client processes.

Maintain accurate documentation of reconciliation activities and discrepancies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data mismatches and improve process efficiency.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and client-specific requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Shared Services function.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in data reconciliation, billing, or a related shared services role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with timekeeping or invoicing systems is preferred.


Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with shared services operations and customer approval workflows.

Experience in staffing, consulting, or service delivery environments.

Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems.
