Job Purpose:

  • Direct client interaction and support
  • Load & ensure projects have kicked off client approval workflow and will meet start date deadline by entering them directly in PMDB under guidance od Sr Client Program and Compliance Mgr.
  • Data management
  • all data from booking process, archive in for future reporting and management.
  • accessory components to start such as client IDs, Laptop against resource start dates and communicate to team



Essential Function:


  • Manage all New Start process status for compliance
  • Manage all client communication on exception process for starts
  • Work with Sr Client Program and Compliance Mgr.
  • SOW library, special project PO and models, understand hour balance, and execute and renewal contracts.
  • booking packages, renewals, updates and client SDLC report ensure our team database (SPLICE) in backed up and accurate and the beginning of every month.
  • Execute and Leveraged Master Record for Compliance & Reporting
  • monthly close out of all App dev practice revenue in ODC and PS business


Education:



Certification:


Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 


Work Experience:


7-10 years of related experience 



Work Environment: Remote



Due to U.S. Government requirements applicable to foreign-owned telecommunications providers, non-US citizens may be required to submit to an extensive government agency background check which will necessitate disclosure of sensitive Personally Identifiable Information.
