About the role
- This is a supplemental opportunity for current CCO employees only.
- This opportunity requires 5 hours/week.
- The opportunity extends from October 15th, 2025 - July 27th, 2026
- The opportunity has a $1100 stipend (paid out monthly)
Purpose of the position:
- This temporary, part-time (~5 hours/week) summer position will join the work of the Campus Ministry Resources to staff for the Ocean City Beach Project. You will work together as a team to plan, recruit, provide guidance, discipleship, and oversight to the Ocean City Beach Project. The staff will work throughout the year on a team to plan and recruit students to attend the project. Then, during the summer they will be the leads at the project. They will work directly with the National Director of Campus Ministry Resources.

Responsibilities
- Recruiting students to attend the project.
- Interviewing students who apply and offering spots to students.
- Working alongside a team to develop the content of the summer
- Communicating with partners in the local community for parking, space, and other resources
- Host the project overseeing the students who are attending living in the house
- Caring for and discipling the students who come
- Praying regularly for the students and the opportunity
- Properly using the budget of the project responsibly.
- Reporting the to the National Director of Campus Ministry Resources

- Encouraging Leadership: Calls out gifts in others, fosters shared ownership, and resists one-size-fits-all models.
- Practical Ministry Experience: Has led or significantly contributed to campus ministry and/or church-based discipleship.
