【業務詳細】

データ接続というプロダクトの価値を理解し、関心を持ってくれたユーザーを製品導入・成功に導きます。独立して顧客やパートナーアカウントを持てる裁量の大きなポジションです。

  • プロダクトの提供価値およびキーメッセージの理解
  • カスタマーサクセスチームから渡されるホットリードに対しクローズまでをフォロー
  • 適切な製品の案内（プリセールスやサポートと協業）
  • 適切なライセンスの提示および交渉
  • 営業事務（Sales Operations）との見積、請求、ライセンス管理の指示
  • ユーザーの事例記事などのコンテンツ執筆

仙台が日本本社であり、ユーザーとのコミュニケーションは主にメールおよびチャットで、必要に応じてウェブミーティングを効果的に使います。リードを獲得するマーケティング業務がマーケティングの担当領域で、製品開発（日本向けの製品など）、テクニカルサポートは同じオフィスの別のチームが行います。日本オフィスでフル機能を持っているので本社との時間差に苦しむことはありません。

【応募資格】

必須要件

  • 企業における業務データの活用の重要性の理解
  • IT 企業・ソフトウェア製品のセールス・プリセールス・マーケティング経験
  • データ関連ツール（BI、アナリティクス、RPA、予実管理、データ連携など）のユーザーとしての利用経験
  • 会社を代表して相手企業と顧客とのメール、時にはZoom でのビジネス折衝ができる方
  • 社内（もしくは顧客の）エンジニアチームと協業するために必要なIT 知識および業界理解
  • 英語（話せる必要はないが、読める必要あり）

  • PPT での提案書作成や、記事執筆
  • ファシリテーションやネゴシエーションの専門的な知識
  • IT パスポートは入社後試用期間中に取得

労働条件
