Clinic Manager - North Clinic - INTERNAL ONLY

Center for New Beginnings, INC offers in-clinic, in-home, or school-based therapy in the following counties: Richmond, Columbia, Burke, Jenkins, Screven, and Jefferson. We have therapists who are primarily clinic, both in-home and clinic, as well as some who commute between counties to serve our clients.  We are looking for therapists with availability in the counties listed above and we are interested in expanding should staffing arise. We have three locations in Waynesboro GA (Main Clinic), Evans GA (North Clinic), and Millen GA (South Clinic).

Position Requirements:

  • Must hold an RBT certification and in good standing with the BACB 
  • Training and clinical management experience in providing ABA services to children and families

Monthly:

  • Support direct care staff with the following: 
    • Responding to challenging behaviors when needed 
    • Data collection needs 
    • Client material needs 
  • Checks email daily (multiple times if necessary) and responds within 24 hours 
  • Be present in the clinic to: 
    • Offer breaks to staff 
    • Provide guidance to NET workers 
    • Greet parents if needed
    • Assign cleaning tasks 
    • Respond to messages in spaces if needed  
  • Building needs: 
    • Should be reported to Tracey or Mosaic staff 
  • Communicate with scheduler about daily changes to approve or deny
  • Working with clients
  • Cleaning/organizing

Provide corrective feedback to staff in a professional manner 

  • Utilize the corrective action log to keep a paper trail of communication
  • Work directly with clients 
  • Delegate tasks to Lead RBT when needed 
  • Budgeting and purchasing for all clinic needs
  • Check-ins with Lead RBT to ensure all needs of the clinic and staff are being met 
  • Check the Needs list of the clinic 
    • Can be assigned to Lead RBT or RBT’s who have a client cancel 
  • Audit of RBT notes 
    • Checks and balances of note content 
    • Converted on time
  • Box checks 
    • Can be assigned to Lead RBT’s or BCBA/BCaBA candidates 
  • Meet with Clinical Director 
    • Can be with Lead RBT for clinic meetings 
  • Set up monthly clinic meetings and utilize the notes outline shared with you for the agenda 
  • RBT staff evals 
    • Will be done with support from Clinical Director if needed 
  • Complete RBT interviews if needed 
  • Complete intakes for client families 
  • Support with waitlist process
  • Assessment for clients as assigned by BCBA’s 
    • Can also be completed by Lead RBT or BCBA/BCaBA students 
  • Organize needs of the clinic: 
    • Library 
    • NET spaces 
    • Hallways 
    • Playgrounds 
  • Staff reinforcement
  • Maintenance meetings with appropriate share holders

If downtime occurs, follow these steps

  • Check the daily, monthly, weekly columns to see if there are items that could be completed during that time 
  • Check in with staff to see if they need a bathroom break 
  • Check in with Lead RBT about clinic needs 
  • Find staff who should be checking in about their notes and review the policy and offer guidance on completing their notes
  • Overall behavior support 

Tasks that can be completed from home

  • Note review/audit support 
    • Making sure that content of notes match the check boxes 
    • Making sure notes are written with quality 
    • Making sure notes are completed in time
  • Check in meetings (1:1 meetings with staff, BCBA’s, etc.)
  • Track Lead RBT monthly billable hours (expectation: 100 hours per month) 
  • Call parents on the waitlist 
  • Folder creation for potential new clients or families on the waitlist 
  • Materials 
  • Google drive organization 
  • Organize client box (can bring a client box home) 
  • Session notes 
  • Prepare training documents
  • Mandatory training videos 
  • Shopping for the clinic needs
  • Monthly budget for the clinic 
  • RBT reinforcement prep/planning
  • Clean iPads- take covers off and fully clean  




Compensation and Benefits 

Billable hours expectation:

80 hours monthly

Hours worked per week:

Full time: 40 hours

Benefits:
