Job Description:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role at CFNB is a full-time (80 hours/pay period) salaried position with remote Telehealth, in-person, and hybrid options available. In order to provide remote Telehealth care, BCBAs must live within 50 miles of Georgia state lines. In person BCBAs may be required to travel between up to 2 different locations. Caseloads are determined by client hours and authorized program modification hours that meet a target monthly billable amount rather than a set number range of clients.

BCBA’s are responsible for the overall clinical oversight of client programming and the supervision of direct care staff. This includes conducting regular supervision sessions to ensure high-quality service delivery, analyzing data to guide treatment decisions, updating intervention plans, and providing ongoing training and feedback to team members. The BCBA develops and revises individualized treatment goals and behavior support plans in alignment with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Collaboration with families and other professionals is an essential component of the role, with regular communication and support provided to promote consistency and progress across settings.

At CFNB we have a tier-based placement system for BCBAs that helps align each clinician’s experience and professional goals with the appropriate level of support and compensation. Tier placement is determined at the time of hire and may be changed or adjusted at the initial 90-day review or annual evaluation. Our Clinical Director provides ongoing guidance through direct observation, 1:1 meetings, and mentorship opportunities. This structure is designed to foster professional growth, encourage collaboration, and support each BCBA in achieving their individual goals and advancing within the organization.
