About the role
This position is for the MDPAP Training Lead. Work location will vary between Boulder, CO and Buckley Space Force Base (BSFB). You will oversee the day-to-day task execution of a team of instructors who are charged with the responsibility to train Space Force Operators on the capabilities of the FORGE (Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution) MDPAP (Mission Data Processing Application Provider) program. You will have an opportunity to work with our customers and other Centil teammates to grow your skills. Additionally, we will task you to introduce and champion techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances.
This role is focused on managing a training team for a program which guides development and delivery of mission applications that support operational units around the world. The person in this role will work within the organization to improve outcomes by defining training needs and objectives and delivering on those objectives. This person should possess strong technical expertise in mission data processing systems, excellent training and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of mission-specific requirements and standards. Additionally, this person should have an operational background supporting the Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) community.

Expected Salary Range
Depending on experience and skillset, most candidates will earn between $140,000 and $180,000 per year.

We combine these factors with market and business considerations to extend a job offer.
