About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and executing end-to-end hiring processes—someone who can source top talent, manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM roles, and contribute to our talent infrastructure, systems, and brand.
You’ll partner with leaders across the business to refine our hiring strategy, build scalable workflows in our ATS (Rippling), and shape how we show up as an employer of choice.
What you'll do
- Full-Cycle Recruiting (60%)
- Own and manage full-cycle recruiting across technical (e.g., engineering, product) and go-to-market (e.g., sales, marketing) roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, structure interview plans, and make data-driven hiring decisions
- Build diverse pipelines through sourcing, networking, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and niche platforms
- Lead the candidate experience from first touch through offer negotiation and close
- Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source quality, diversity metrics) and report progress monthly
- Talent Systems & Process (20%)
- Own the configuration and ongoing optimization of our ATS (Rippling)
- Build hiring dashboards, streamline workflows, and automate tasks where possible
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Mentor hiring managers on structured interviews and support ongoing interview training
- Employer Brand & Strategic Initiatives (20%)
- Lead content development for careers page, recruiting collateral, and social platforms
- Partner with People team on referral campaigns, diversity pipelines, and hiring benchmarks
- Support targeted campaigns for executive search, DE&I outreach, and strategic headcount planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both tech and GTM functions
- Experience in a high-growth startup or early-stage environment
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort with building from scratch
- Experience owning or building ATS systems and workflows (Rippling a plus)
- Strategic mindset with a builder mentality—you enjoy fixing broken processes and creating new ones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for creating inclusive and memorable candidate experiences
Nice to Have
- Experience in employer branding or marketing partnerships
- Basic knowledge of compensation frameworks and equity
- Previous experience supporting hiring in Mexico, Canada, or other international markets
