Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial and billing operations across multiple entities.

This role is responsible for managing all accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and supporting leadership with key financial insights.

This position requires strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and the ability to manage complex, multi-entity financial structures.

What You’ll Do

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities

Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities

Monitor cash flow and support financial decision-making

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

Serve as the internal expert for QuickBooks Online

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Collaborate with operations, HR, billing, and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

3–5+ years of accounting or finance experience preferred

Strong, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required)

Experience managing multi-entity or multi-location financials

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Experience in healthcare or multi-site organizations (preferred)
