About the role

  • The Senior Manager of Supply Chain directs end-to-end operations to support the commercial launch of new products, including planning, serialization, labeling and packaging, distribution, and vendor management. In addition, this role oversees daily supply and logistics activities to ensure the seamless execution of clinical trials at CG Oncology. Acting as the primary Supply Chain representative on cross-functional teams and with contract manufacturing and logistics partners, the Senior Manager leads independent initiatives and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maximize supply availability and delivery efficiency.

Essential Functions

  • Leads the commercial packaging vendor implementation, validation and launch planning for co-packaged and cold chain products.
  • Drive serialization strategy and DSCSA compliance in partnership with QA and packaging vendors.
  • Support commercial shipping validation strategy and timeline in collaboration with QA and QC to ensure that all shipping risks are identified that the cold chain shipping process is validation for all lanes starting from drug substance to the last mile distribution.
  • Create and review Supply Chain Standard Operations Procedures, Policies, Work Instructions.
  • Supports Clinical Supply Chain team and activities.
  • Partners with cross functional teams including Commercial and Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, CMC and QA.
  • Excellent knowledge of GxPs and Quality practices with close attention to good documentation practices.
  • Reviews Master Service Agreements (MSA) and facilitates Legal review.
  • Excellent verbal and email communication and presentation skills to internal stakeholders (Core Teams, Management Team, etc.)
  • Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in a rapidly changing environment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal structure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Five (5) years of relevant management supply chain experience in the biotech/pharma supply chain including clinical trial support and commercial readiness.
  • Experience with biologics (sterile products), cold chain logistics, and product administration.

The pay range for this role is:

153,000 - 180,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
