What you'll do:

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll take charge of building and maintaining a powerful, authentic online presence for Chad Jones Law. You’ll dream up, design, and deliver eye-catching, scroll-stopping content that reflects our values, showcases our victories, and humanizes our brand.

• Create and manage engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Own the posting schedule and keep our online community active and inspired through daily interactions and timely responses.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to capture behind-the-scenes moments, highlight client success stories, and share firm achievements.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to see what’s working — and then make it even better.
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table that help us stand out from the crowd.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• A self-starter who takes initiative and runs with their ideas.
• 3+ years of social media experience with graphic design in a corporate setting.
• Passionate about storytelling, community, and impact.
• Always up to date on the latest social media trends and tools.
• Motivated by growth, creativity, and results.
