About the role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and passionate Compliance and Resolutions Analyst who will drive the closing and resolution process for all cases, including the Proposed Resolution Statement and final Resolution Disbursal Statement. This person will streamline subrogation and ensure proper handling of liens presented between our pre-litigation and litigation teams. This role is responsible for performing detailed math-based reconciliations to ensure all documents and financial records are accurate and equal to the exact required amounts. This role requires a strong mathematician with a passion for precision and a commitment to ensuring all numbers align and reconcile correctly.

What you'll do:

• Develop full understanding of all types of liens and subrogation.
• Act as primary point of contact internally for attorneys and case managers.
• Ensure receipt of resolution funds and input into our case management system.
• Review cases in closing stage for final review and ensure everything is in compliance.

• High attention to detail with strong organization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
