About the Team

We have a high-performing ALL-STAR culture and team and are headquartered in Lehi, UT. We offer a competitive compensation package including salary, bonus, health benefits, unlimited PTO, and lots of flexibility.

The “Big Why” driving the company’s mission is to strengthen families, so Chatbooks co-founders Nate and Vanessa Quigley have deliberately created a company culture that’s supportive of employees’ whole lives. Their goal is that everyone on the team can put this mission into practice in their own lives, whether that’s flexibility to go to a child’s dance recital and hit up the gym during lunch, or time off to recharge and travel the world.

Some recognitions we’ve received include: 2022 and 2023 Top Workplaces USA, 2022 Fortune Best Medium Workplaces, 2022 Best Workplaces for Millennials Award, 2022 Best Workplaces in Technology—just to name a few.

Chatbooks strives to be an employer-of-choice for women and parents by offering flexible working options, welcoming kids in the office, and strongly supporting women in leadership roles. Women currently make up 56% of the company’s leadership positions.

At Chatbooks, we have put incredible focus into building a team of high-performing “All-Stars.” All-Stars have 6 characteristics: Grown-Up (you manage yourself and your time & handle disagreements without drama), Ship (you get things out the door efficiently, and manage shifting priorities), Amazing (your work is simply AMAZING!), Optimistic (you share solutions instead of problems), and Kind (you’re consistently kind to teammates and partners), Hungry (you feel the urgency to make progress and execute relentlessly) . If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk!

We are very interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.

About the role

Turn visitors into lifelong customers. One smart test at a time.

We’re looking for a Web Strategy Marketer to take ownership of the full onsite journey—from SEO content and landing pages to popups and registrant capture. This role reports to the Director of Performance Marketing and is a key member of both the Acquisition and cross-functional CRO teams at Chatbooks.

This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product, and Brand, with close collaboration across paid acquisition, lifecycle, creative, and analytics. You’ll build thoughtful experiences, lead testing initiatives, and scale strategies that drive more qualified traffic, higher conversion rates, increased registrants, and stronger customer engagement.

What you'll do

  • Drive the strategy and performance of all website surfaces, including SEO content, landing pages, popups, overlays, and conversion-focused modals
  • Lead PDPs, use case and special occasion content, as well as ecomm-focused content and design strategy in collaboration with Creative
  • Collaborate with the CRO team and paid media to optimize top landing pages and build scalable, high-converting page templates
  • Develop and run A/B tests for popups, quizzes, and CTAs—especially focused on registrant growth and conversion micro-moments
  • Partner with Product, Creative, UX, and Analytics to refine the ad-to-landing-to-conversion journey
  • Strategically plan, prioritize, and execute a roadmap of site experiments and web growth projects
  • Write or guide the creation of clear, conversion-focused copy for web components and overlays
  • Monitor performance, document learnings, and iterate fast based on results

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, CRO, digital content, or web experience strategy
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, performance content, and ecommerce UX
  • Experience with A/B testing and popup tools (e.g. ConvertFlow, OptiMonk, VWO, or similar)
  • Data fluency—comfortable using analytics tools to track, prioritize, and validate tests
  • Comfort writing or editing high-performing, conversion-focused web copy
  • Curiosity and creativity—you bring ideas, test them fast, and learn from the results
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with design, product, paid media, and analytics teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel 2–3 times/year to our Lehi, Utah Clubhouse

What you'll accomplish within the first 90 days

  • Get to know our product, people, and performance goals
  • Audit our current landing pages, SEO strategy, and conversion flows—and identify key opportunities
  • Launch your first 1–2 web experiments (e.g. popups, overlays, CTA placement, or page optimization)
  • Make early moves to increase registrant capture and organic traffic
  • Collaborate with our analytics team to track and report your early wins
  • Propose a prioritized, realistic roadmap for scaling on-site content and conversion
