About the Job


As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our sales team's success by optimizing our lead management processes. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing leads, improving conversion rates, and enhancing overall sales productivity.


The Senior Sales Operations Specialist helps keep our sales team running smoothly by identifying opportunities for improvement through data insights and broadening our market presence. This role involves managing lead distribution to Account Executives, identifying trends in the sales execution process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering performance reports for sales leadership. It’s a dynamic position that demands quick problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

Please not this position is an in-person role for our work location in Austin, Texas.



Some tasks you’ll be taking on

  • Work closely with Sales leadership to help establish, communicate, and enact sales processes and strategies.
  • Lead allocation and circulation, including assigning new demo requests and newly-loaded leads.
  • Work closely with Sales Management to communicate best practices about the sales process to salespeople in the office.
  • Utilize internal data to build custom data configurations and reports in Hubspot and google sheets
  • Work cross functionality with our Business Development Team, ensuring that our Sales team is prepared to close any spectrum of deal, from cold outreach all the way to proactive preparation ahead of industry conferences and in person meetings.
  • Analyze performance on several levels, ranging from macro-analysis (office growth) to micro analysis (individual representative performance).
  • Understand where we're winning and help our team execute by highlighting strong performing cohorts and segments.
  • Assist Sales Management team with interviewing, hiring and employee onboarding.
  • Be prepared to assist with a variety of projects from general sales operations through client onboarding. Our goal is to help clients succeed through go-live and it's the responsibility of everyone in our teams.
  • Communicate with salespeople on a daily basis regarding prospective clients targeted in the CRM.
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales commissions to ensure accuracy in payroll.
  • Assist broader North America commercial team operations where needed.


Ideally, you should have

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven expertise in lead management processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Is legally able to work in the United States.
