Launch Your Career — No Experience Required
This is not your typical customer service job, and it’s not a pushy sales role. Phase 1: The Launch (Weeks 1–8): Complete our excellent onboarding program and extensive paid training.
Phase 2: Core Impact (Months 3–12): Master the role with ongoing coaching and mentorship, and begin earning weekly performance-based incentives.
Phase 3: Leadership Development (Year 1+): Become eligible for voluntary leadership development programs to prepare for professional leadership and strategy roles.
Phase 4: Specialized Roles: Opportunities to advance into operations, marketing, leadership, or specialized positions.
