Who We Want on Our Team: 


Chesapeake Electric seeks Customer Service Representative with a passion for sales, customer service, and the potential for unlimited earnings. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding our customer base, ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients through exceptional service and understanding of their needs. 


What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Respond to incoming inquiries (phone/web/email), qualify leads, and convert to profitable sales opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, customer support, and boost customer satisfaction. 
  • Follow all core processes, call scripts, and complete daily reporting on booking efforts. 
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of service delivery.
  • Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful Day One: 

  • A shared commitment to our core values
  • A deep desire to deliver the best products and services to our customers, with a focus on exceeding sales goals. 
  • Experience in home service industry inside sales; ServiceTitan experience required.
  • Strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a goal-oriented mindset. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with further education being a plus. 
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Pay Band:

  • Base pay: $18-$23hr
  • This role is eligible for performance pay
