Retail Sales Supervisor / Keyholder

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE


The Keyholder is responsible for driving sales by curating client relationships, exceeding goals and leading by example. Through product knowledge and elevated operational capabilities, the Keyholder creates an exceptional and unique experience for both the internal and external client supporting our brand.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead by example and train other team members on Chrome Hearts standards and expectations to include Product Knowledge, Selling Standards, Visual Merchandising, and Policy & Procedures
  • Manage Client and Staff needs in absence of another member of management to include opening and closing of the Store
  • Achieve sales goals through selling, building, and maintaining client relationships and adhering to all CRM requirements
  • Assist and follow up with Clients on special orders, repairs, and custom requests
  • Display a thorough comprehension of, and remain up to date on, Product Knowledge and Company news
  • Process transactions through the POS and/or other systems to service Clients inclusive of a proficient knowledge of conducting Management POS functions
  • Maintain visual integrity of the Store, including stocking and restocking of merchandise, updating displays, and presenting product in accordance with Chrome Hearts guidelines
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory through completing inventory checks and cycle counts and participating in the annual/semi-annual Physical Inventory
  • Be a positive role model representing the brand at all times
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with Management Team, Peers, and other Chrome Hearts Store Teams
  • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High degree of integrity working with sensitive information
  • Recommended minimum of 2 years of Sales experience to include running the salesfloor, luxury retail preferred
  • Possess leadership skills, training abilities and organization
  • Strong drive for results; goal oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Proficient in the use of a POS system
  • Strong team player
  • Foreign language skills are a plus
  • Flexible availability to include working some nights, weekends, and holidays
