Churnkey is a B2B SaaS startup dedicated to helping subscription businesses enhance customer retention and optimize their revenue streams. We serve various industries, including SaaS, consumer health services, and other subscription-based businesses.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and collaborative Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will take ownership of our marketing efforts, driving pipeline growth and ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. They will work closely with Sales, Product, Support, and other lead stakeholders to support Churnkey's growth. This role will report directly to the Head of Revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all marketing metrics, including Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console, while overseeing a paid ads strategy.

• Monitor and grow the marketing pipeline by tracking inbound leads, managing MQLs, and ensuring smooth handoffs to the Sales team.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain and execute Churnkey's messaging and branding guidelines across all platforms, including social media and various review sites.

• Work with the inbound marketing team to develop and execute a content marketing strategy, ensuring the content calendar is maintained and production is consistent.

• Collaborate with other departments namely Product & Design to execute low-lift outbound campaigns combining content, paid-ads, and social media.

• Project manage the marketing queue, overseeing all initiatives and ensuring tasks are effectively assigned and moved from draft to publish.

• Own or contribute to product marketing efforts and ensure alignment on strategy and execution.

• Manage corporate communications, including, crafting company milestone narratives, curating company newsletter, and posting social media updates.

• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a sound marketing budget and help make strategic decisions around it.

• Collaborate with the inbound marketing team to research, purchase, and execute sponsorships in the PLG SaaS space.

• Help facilitate scheduling, booking, and project managing editors for the Subscription Heroes podcast.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years or experience in the SaaS industry, specifically with product-led growth software companies.

• Proven track record of working with product teams or strong product-focused SaaS companies.

• Experience creating content in the B2B and product-led growth SaaS space.

• Familiarity with Stripe or other payment subscription billing systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of subscription analytics and various subscription business models.

• Strong collaborative skills, valuing teamwork and direct personal contribution to the company's growth.


Compensation:

• Annual salary: $80k to $100k.

• Option for early-stage stock options (0.0% to 0.125%), and/or performance-based bonuses.
