DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with analysis of user operations and/or problems and develops system requirements consistent with business needs.
- Formulates a plan, outlining steps required to develop a program, using structured analysis and design.
- Translates system requirements into a logical, economical, and technically practical system design.
- Assists with preliminary system design documents and detailed design specifications including layouts, required procedures, and report designs.
- Designs, deploys, tests, and monitors new business process solutions.
- Troubleshoots and debugs system errors.
- Uses clear communication to work effectively with team members and customers across multiple disciplines.
- Assists users in solving operating problems.
- Administers critical analysis of test results and delivers solutions to problem areas.
- Develops and maintains user manuals and guidelines.
- Designs, runs and monitors software performance tests on new and existing programs to correct errors, isolate areas for improvement, and general debugging.
- Keeps up to date with industry trends and standards, as well as new emerging technologies.
- Ability to interface and provide initial orientation of technical concepts to business audiences
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 6+ years of related experience.
- Proficient with low-code platforms.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Hands-on software troubleshooting experience.
- Familiar with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills.

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Chillicothe, IL)
