Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Part Time

About Us
At Circles ABA, we believe in doing what’s right — not what’s easy. We serve children ages 6 and older who have often been overlooked by traditional early-intervention models. We show up with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to excellence — every single time.

Founded by one of the most experienced leaders in ABA therapy, Circles was built to fill the gaps in access to care for school-aged kids with autism. We provide in-home and in-school therapy only, allowing our team to focus on meaningful progress in the environments that matter most.

Who You Are
You’re not just a BCBA — you’re a leader, a coach, and an advocate for meaningful change. You're someone who:

  • Leads with integrity — you do the right thing, even when no one’s watching.
  • Believes in people — clients, families, and your fellow clinicians.
  • Communicates with clarity and respect — you're reliable, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
  • Takes ownership — of your work, your outcomes, and your impact.
  • Seeks growth — both personally and professionally, and welcomes guidance.

If you’re looking for a paycheck, we might not be the right place. But if you’re looking to join a purpose-driven team that cares deeply about its mission and each other — welcome to our Circle
